Cancellation policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.

• Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

• To request a cancellation, please email writeus@theromeproject.in with your order number as soon as possible.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
