We currently ship all orders across India via India Post (Speed Post / Registered Parcel).

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is successful.

• Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Delivery Timeline

• After dispatch, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Remote or rural locations may take slightly longer.

Tracking

• The shipping confirmation email will include your India Post tracking number.

• You can track your shipment on the India Post website using this number.

• Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Delays

• The RoMe Project is not responsible for delays caused by courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
