Refund policy

At The RoMe Project, we put a lot of care into creating thoughtfully designed journals, planners, and stationery. Since these are personal-use products, we follow a limited return policy.

Returns

• We do not accept returns on products that have been used, written in, damaged, or altered.

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear images of the product and outer packaging

Refunds

• Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund to the original payment method, depending on the case.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Non-returnable items

• Used or opened journals/planners

• Products purchased during sales or promotions (unless damaged or defective)
